Clients tell me, “You’re the best therapist I’ve ever worked with.”

I actually started out in fitness.
As a Certified Personal Trainer, my clients got great results until the backslid.
I had a client call me from the parking lot of a grocery store, crying, as she confided, “I just ate an entire package of Oreos.”
I could tell that there was something deeper going on.
I realized that if I wanted to help people make lasting changes, I had to help them get to the bottom of things and resolve the underlying issues.
That’s where therapy comes in.  This is where the magic happens.
I’m here for you
You don’t know me yet, but I’m 100% here for you.
You can tell me anything, and it’ll be safe with me. Whatever you share with me will be met with compassion, empathy, and kindness.
You can let it all out, and I’ll hold it dearly for you. I have your back. You can talk freely, with no limits or expectations.
It’s easy to feel like you’re the only one going through this, but you’re not. You’re not alone – everyone’s situation is different, but I’ve heard it all.
Most importantly, I’ve helped people through it all.

I don’t want you as a client forever
I want you to get past this and get on with life.
We’ll work together as long as you need me, but my goal is to get you to the point where you don’t need me anymore.
I’m direct and don’t believe in beating around the bush or wasting anybody’s time. If you want to fix this, let’s roll up our sleeves and get to work.

Online therapy for stress, anxiety, PTSD, and trauma

What clients say:

“You really helped me with my self-esteem.”

“What I like about you is that you talk on the same level as me. It’s like two friends trying to hash things out.”

“Your desire to help was meaningful to me.”

“You didn’t give up on me…you kept trying until we found something that worked.”

“I’m having long-lasting results.”

I might not know exactly what you’re going through – but I can relate both personally and professionally.
I’ve experienced things I hope nobody has to go through.
When I was just two years old, I lost my father – and that was just the beginning of a whole series of traumas.
Surprisingly, this wasn’t the reason I became a therapist…
