Is there a goal you’d love to achieve but have yet to be able to do on your own? Do you feel unsure, doubt yourself, or need help with confidence? Coaching is different from counseling. There is a focus on the present rather than the past. It is a process in which you receive support to achieve personal or professional goals. A coach will work with you to identify a clear goal and develop a plan. More importantly, a coach can help you get out of your way, reduce self-doubt, and empower you to get things done.
