Qigong Therapy

What is Qigong

Qigong (pronounced chee-gung) means to work with vital energy. It is a healing practice that originated in China and dates back to 2000 years ago. Qigong is a somatic (body-based) approach to health and wellness and is also considered an embodied practice because it draws the focus into the body.
